Scans run on shared capacity and are processed in the order received. The Free plan is provided on a best-effort basis, so at busy times your scan may wait in a queue before it starts.
To keep improving recognition accuracy, we may review scans that fail or misidentify cards, and use that footage, along with corrections you make in review, to train and evaluate our recognition models.
