PackLens (“the service”) analyzes videos of trading-card pack openings, identifies the cards it sees, and renders a price overlay into the video. The service is operated by Killer Cards Collective, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the service. If you are under 13, please do not sign up or upload anything. Where your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services on your own, that age applies to you instead. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under the applicable age, we will close it and delete its content.
If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
PackLens is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Scans run on shared capacity. Scans on a paid plan are started ahead of free scans, and a free scan that has been waiting for a while then takes its turn alongside them; the free tier in particular is provided on a best-effort basis, and at busy times your scan may wait in a queue or take longer than usual. We may change features, limits, and plan allowances (see Plans) at any time, and we may suspend or interrupt the service for maintenance or capacity reasons. We will tell you before a price change applies to your subscription.
Prices are estimates from the data available when your scan runs. Data is normally refreshed daily, but may be older. Check the card, printing, and finish during review; actual sale prices can differ. These estimates are not appraisals, offers to buy, or financial advice. Card recognition and pricing are automated. Identifying the exact printing of a card (set and collector number) from video is inherently imprecise, and some variance is expected. Totals and per-card values are informational estimates only: they are not appraisals, offers to buy, or financial advice, and we are not liable for decisions made based on them.
Plans. Paid plans (Pro and Creator) raise the limits that apply to your account. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and do not include tax, which is calculated at payment based on your location. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy a paid plan, and they accept these terms for the purchase.
Automatic renewal. A paid plan is billed in advance for each billing period (monthly, or yearly where offered) and renews automatically at the current price for your plan until you cancel. We will tell you before a price increase applies to your subscription. When your paid plan or free trial starts, we email you these renewal terms and how to cancel. On a yearly plan, we also email you a reminder before each yearly renewal.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in your profile on the PackLens dashboard (also Manage billing on the Plans page on the web). You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to Free. On a yearly plan, that means the end of the paid year; the months left are not refunded. Requesting deletion of your account cancels any active subscription at that moment. If the cancellation cannot be confirmed then (for example, while our payment processor is unavailable), we complete it by hand and refund any renewal charged after your request.
Free trial. Creator may come with a 7-day free trial. Each account can have one trial, and an account that has already had a trial or a Creator subscription is not eligible. A payment card is required to start it, and each card can be used for one trial: where we can tell, before the trial ends, that your card has already had a Creator trial on another account, the new trial is cancelled and you are not charged (if a charge for it already went through, it is refunded). You are not charged during the trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, your Creator subscription starts automatically and you are charged the Creator price for the billing period you chose (monthly or yearly), and again each period until you cancel. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. We may refuse or end a trial that is being misused, for example through multiple accounts.
Switching between paid plans. Moving between Pro and Creator takes effect immediately. The unused part of your current plan is credited against the new one, and the difference is charged at the time of the switch. Any credit left over stays on your account balance and is applied to your future bills; it is not paid out as cash. If your plan was set to cancel, switching keeps it renewing. If the payment for a switch does not go through, your plan stays as it was until that payment is made. If you switch during a free trial, the trial carries on under the new plan: nothing is charged at the switch, and the new plan's price is charged when the trial ends.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, including the first charge after a free trial, it may be retried, and your account may move to Free while it is unpaid; the storage rules in section 9 apply. To update your card, use the link in the payment email from Stripe. To cancel a plan whose payment failed, send us a request from the Support page, where requests to the team are handled.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time, except for the refunds promised above (a charge for a trial on a card that already had one, and a renewal charged after a deletion request whose cancellation we completed by hand) and where the law requires a refund. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
Right to withdraw (EU and UK). If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a right to withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of starting it. Because the service starts as soon as your plan does, you ask us to begin it during that period. If you withdraw within the 14 days, contact us at the address in section 13 and we will refund what your local law requires, which can be less an amount for the time you already used.
Who can refer. Every Creator subscriber can refer people to PackLens. Your referral link goes live after your first paid Creator charge; a free trial alone does not count. It stays live while your Creator plan is paid up, and is paused while it is not. The link is packlens.app/?ref= followed by your code, and someone installing the iPhone app can enter your code in the code box at signup instead.
Who counts as your referral. The first referral link a visitor clicks counts for 30 days, and it is saved to their account when they sign up. It cannot be changed later, and it cannot be added to an account that already exists. You cannot refer yourself, including through another account of your own.
What you earn. You earn 10% of each payment a person you referred makes for a paid plan, counted after Stripe's fee on that payment (2.9% + 30¢ for a standard card) and before tax. Earnings start when a payment clears: a free signup or a free trial earns nothing. A yearly plan is paid once a year, so it earns one lump sum.
Hold, refunds and chargebacks. Each earning is held for 30 days. If the payment is refunded or charged back during the hold, the earning is cancelled (for a partial refund, its share of the earning). A refund or chargeback that lands after the hold comes off your future earnings.
How you are paid. Earnings are paid first as account credit on your own Creator bill, when that bill can take it. Earnings it cannot take, for example when you no longer pay for Creator or when other charges are billed with it, are left for cash. Whatever is not paid as credit is paid in cash by PayPal or Wise once it is more than US$25.
Getting paid in cash. Before a cash payout, give us your PayPal or Wise email address on your dashboard, accept this section there, confirm there that you are 18 or over, and send us your completed tax form (see the rules below). Cash is sent by hand once all of these are in. If this section changes, you accept the new version before your next cash payout.
How long a referral earns. A referral earns on the payments the referred person makes in the 12 months from their first paid charge. It stops if they cancel.
If you stop paying for Creator. You keep earning on the referrals you already have for a number of loyalty months after your Creator ends: one month for every 3 months you paid for Creator, up to 3. Loyalty months can run past a referral's 12-month mark. People who sign up through your link after your Creator ends earn you nothing.
Deleting your account. If you delete your account, you forfeit any earnings that have not been paid to you yet. While a request to delete your account is open, nothing is paid to you; if you cancel the request, payments carry on.
Rules for referrers.
Changes and separate agreements. We can change or end the referral program by giving you notice first. If you have a separate written agreement with us about referrals, such as a sponsorship agreement, its terms apply where they differ from this section.
You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You grant us the license we need to operate the service: storing, processing, and rendering your footage, and displaying results to you and to anyone you share a result link with. To improve the service, we keep a copy of each scan's analysis record, and may also keep the cropped card images it produced. We may use them, along with corrections you make in review, to train and evaluate our recognition models. Deleting a scan, or your account, deletes that copy too. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.
Anyone can report a shared pack with Report this content on its page, no account needed. We review reports, take down content that breaks these terms, and may suspend or close the account that shared it.
We may throttle, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms.
Original uploads are temporary. Finished Free-tier videos are stored for 7 days from the scan's first completed render. Videos are kept while you're on a paid plan. After your account switches to Free, you have 30 days to download older videos before they become eligible for deletion. Card results remain in your account. See the Privacy Policy for details and deletion requests.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, on the free tier, may be zero).

You can stop using PackLens at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, as described in section 8.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? admin@vibecade.ai.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. This does not take away any protection that the law of the country or state where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
